Anyware Connector Log Collection

The following section outlines how to view the logs and view the status of the Anyware Connector services and installer. This information can help troubleshoot issues relating to the Connector.

To view the status of all services in the Connector run the following command:

sudo docker service ls

To get logs from services run the following command:

sudo docker service logs [service]

The following list details the important services:

connector_connectorgateway
connector_healthcheck

The installer and update logs are saved for the installer in /var/log/cloud-access-connector/.
