Teradici Arch Specifications

The Teradici Arch software solution requires the following components:

• Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 x64
  • configured as an RDSH server hosting published desktops
  • installed on bare metal or VMware vSphere ESXi 5.x hypervisor
• VMware View 5.1
• VMware Tools installed on the Windows Server 2008 server if the server is a virtual machine

Client Compatibility:

• PCoIP zero clients
  • Tera2: firmware version 4.0.3
  • Tera1: firmware version 4.0.2
• VMware View Windows soft client, version 5.2
• VMware View Apple OS X soft client, version 1.7
• VMware View iOS and Android clients, version 1.7

Teradici APEX 2800 Server Offload Card (optional), Software 2.2

Display Support:

• Up to 2 displays supported per published desktop, at a maximum resolution of 2560x1600

USB Support:

• USB mice and keyboards supported

Limitations:

• Teradici Arch has a limit of 45 concurrent connections per Windows RDSH server
• Once the PCoIP Services are installed on an RDSH server, the use of RDP to desktop or console sessions is not supported
• Supports only RDS published desktops, not published applications
• USB support limited to mice and keyboards
