Available RAM | 4 GB minimum available RAM |
CPU | 1GHz |
Supported virtual environments | AWS EC2, VMware ESXi 6.0+, Microsoft Azure (tech preview)1 |

Caution: Systems with less than 4GB of available RAM may fail
You should have at least 4GB of available RAM on the License Server machine. Instances with insufficent memory may not work.
Caution: Don't install more than one type of license server on the same machine
The PCoIP License Server 2.x cannot be installed on the same machine as the PCoIP License Server 1.x or an NVIDIA GRID License Server.
Important: PCoIP agent compatibility requirement
The PCoIP License Server 2.1 is compatible with all PCoIP agents version 2.11 or newer.
Important: Network visibility
The PCoIP License Server must be visible on the network to any PCoIP agents that use it for license validation.
Important: Offline license activation requirement
Offline license activation requires the ability to transfer files from the PCoIP License Server to an internet-connected machine. If you are not able to transfer files in this manner, Teradici Global Support Services will facilitate license activation for you. See Activating Licenses in an Offline Environment for more information.
