Uninstalling the Remote Workstation Card Software for Linux¶

You can easily remove the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card Software from the PC or workstation at any time. If you no longer need the software, you should also disable the Host Driver Function in firmware. For details, see Disabling Host Driver Function.

To uninstall the Remote Workstation Card Software for Linux, open up a command prompt and enter:

sudo rpm -e pcoip_host

Note

The above step removes the installed PCoIP Remote Workstation Card Software, but does not remove any PCoIP Remote Workstation Card Software that might be running. Reboot the workstation to ensure the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card Software is no longer running.
