What's New in This Release

The PCoIP Software Client for macOS 21.07 introduces the following features and enhancements:

Security and Stability Updates

Increased security and stability updates and enhancements around the PCoIP Client.

Changes in PCoIP Client Keyboard Handling

The keyboard handling of the PCoIP Client for macOS has be updated to support the PCoIP Agent for macOS. New default handling for the CMD key to capture and send to remote systems when the PCoIP Client application is in focus. Additionally, the CMD key will no longer be mapped to the CTRL key. This functionality is on by default, however you will need to enable accessibility permissions on the PCoIP Client in order for the keyboard to function with this change. TLS 1.1 Deprecation

The PCoIP Software Client for macOS will no longer negotiate PCoIP connections using TLS 1.1.

Accessibility Preference Required

The PCoIP Software Client for macOS now requires accessibility settings enabled for the PCoIP Software Client for macOS to be able to send keystrokes. In this release the PCoIP Software Client for macOS prompts the user to enable this setting.
