Resolved Issues

  • If a tablet is configured for left handed orientation or the tablet is mapped to a single monitor in a multi-monitor setup, a script must be run on the workstation to configure the tablet. This script must be run each time a session is connected or when a tablet is connected to the client during a session. The tablet configuration commands must not be entered until the tablet is recognized by the Wacom driver running on the workstation, which can take 15 seconds or more after connecting a session. • Fixed issue where the scroll wheel would behave erratically with the local cursor enabled. (18152)
  • Fixed issue where the local mouse would stop working and a segmentation fault would be seen in the host software logs when host software daemon is disabled and logging is disabled.

Key Known Issues

  • Linux workstation with Intel Xeon V4 processor crashes when session starts with Host Software installed. Intel Xeon V4 processors support the Supervisor Mode Access Prevention feature. This feature triggers a page fault, which causes the system crash, when kernel code improperly accesses user space data. Customers that have support and maintenance and are experiencing this issue are advised to create a support ticket. (62264)
