Enable Software Secure Attention Sequence (SAS)

On Windows 2008 R2 or Window s7 machines, Software Secure Attention Sequence (SAS) must be enabled. If SAS is set to Not configured or Disabled, remote users can't send Ctrl+Alt+Delete from a PCoIP session, and the single sign-on feature will not work.

To enable Software Secure Attention Sequence:

  1. Open the Local Group Policy Editor on the agent machine:

    1. Press + r to open the run dialog
    2. type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
  2. Expand Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components

  3. Select Windows Logon Options.

  4. Double-click Disable or enable software Secure Attention Sequence.

  5. Select Enabled.

  6. Select Services from the drop down list in the bottom left pane.

  7. Click OK.
