Dan Cordingley, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dan brings to Teradici 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, having started several new business initiatives and managed their successful growth. Prior to co-founding Teradici, Dan was a General Manager with Intel Corporation, where he oversaw the Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) silicon business unit, a group with leading market share in key segments of the highly competitive DSL chipset industry. Before Intel, Dan was a General Manager and Director at Level One Communications, a leading supplier of networking and telecom semiconductors that was acquired by Intel in 1999 for US $2.2B. Under Dan's leadership, Level One conceived, standardized, and delivered several important communications standards in widespread use today. Dan has also held senior marketing and design engineering roles at Mitel Semiconductor (now Zarlink), Spectrum Signal Processing, Nortel Networks and IBM.

Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Randy Groves, Chief Technology Officer
Randy Groves brings extensive experience in computer systems, software, and semiconductor design. He was most recently the Vice President of Engineering for LifeSize Communications, the leader in high definition video communications. Before joining LifeSize, he was Chief Technology Officer for Dell Product Group responsible for the architecture and technology direction for all of Dell's product offerings. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of Dell Enterprise Systems Group and was responsible for the worldwide development and marketing of Dell's server, storage, and systems management software products.

Before joining Dell, Randy spent 21-years at IBM where he held many product development roles for IBM's Intel- and RISC-based servers, as well as roles in corporate strategy and RISC microprocessor development and architecture.

Randy holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas, a master's degree in management of technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and general business administration from Kansas State University. He is the author of numerous technical papers, disclosures, and patents as well as the recipient of several corporate and industry awards.

Ken Unger, Vice President, Software Engineering
As another member of the Teradici founding team, Ken Unger brings over 20 years of software development and management experience to the company, having delivered complex embedded signal processing and networking software at world class companies. Prior to Teradici, Ken was the Director of Engineering for VoIP Products at Broadcom Corporation overseeing the company's development efforts directed at tier one telecom and networking OEMs. Before Broadcom, Ken was a key member of the engineering team at HotHaus Technologies, a leading provider of VoIP software purchased by Broadcom for US $280M in 1999. Previously, he held various technical roles developing real-time flight simulation systems at CAE Electronics and high speed storage networking for the film industry at Discreet Logic.

Ken has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.

Trent Punnett, Vice President, Marketing and Business Development

Trent is responsible for marketing, business development, product management and systems engineering at Teradici. He has significant experience in product marketing and management, business development, strategic partnerships, sales and corporate development and strategy. Trent joins the company from Sierra Wireless where he served as an Executive Officer and Senior VP of Marketing and Corporate Development. Before Sierra Wireless, Trent held senior positions at Motorola in marketing, business development, and sales over a period of 14 years in Vancouver, Chicago, and San Diego. During his career at Motorola, Trent worked with wireless data, cellular infrastructure, Voice over IP, WiFi, broadband cable and DSL technologies. Previous to Motorola, Trent was in the management consulting and commercial banking industries. Trent also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Mobidia Technology Inc. and he is a past Director of Sutus Inc. and WIN BC. 

Trent holds a Master of Science, Business Administration in consumer behavior and a Bachelor of Commerce in marketing from the University of British Columbia and is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers

Brian Lowe, Vice President, Sales
Brian Lowe joins Teradici with over 20 years experience in senior sales and marketing management, having successfully developed and managed multi-million dollar account strategies for various hardware and software technology companies. Most recently Mr. Lowe served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at CANTEST where he was responsible for sales, customer relationship management and strategic marketing planning. His career included positions as Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Dyaptive Systems, Vice President of EMEA (Europe/ Middle East/ Africa) at Mobile Data Solutions, as well as Vice President of Sales at Spectrum Signal Processing and Epic Data International.

Brian has an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of London.

Tapan Mohanti, Vice President, Operations and Manufacturing
Tapan brings 20 years of extensive experience in semiconductor operations (i.e. design, quality, reliability and test). Prior to joining Teradici, he was the VP of Operations and Manufacturing at Centillium Communications where he was responsible for managing multiple manufacturing sites, numerous vendor relationships, and developed an industry-leading level of quality and cost competitiveness. He has also held both management and technical positions at Fairchild Semiconductor, National Semiconductor, SGS Thomson Microelectronics, and CMC Limited in semiconductor IC design and manufacturing.

Tapan received his B.E.(Electrical and Electronics) from B.I.T.S. Pilani, India and M.S.(Microelectronics) from Clemson University, SC, USA.

Sam Davison, Vice President, Finance and Administration
Sam Davison brings to Teradici more than fifteen years of financial and operations experience in the high tech industry, with specific knowledge of semiconductor and embedded software businesses. Prior to Teradici, Sam spent four years with Broadcom Corporation, where he was the Business Unit Controller for the Carrier Access and Mobile Communications business units. Before Broadcom, Sam was Vice President of Finance at HotHaus Technologies, a VoIP software provider that was acquired by Broadcom Corporation in 1999. In addition to senior finance roles at other technology companies, Sam was also an Audit Manager with Ernst and Young.

Sam earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1989, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
