What is the PCoIP Management Console?

The PCoIP Management Console is a web-based management tool that allows administrators to deploy and manage an entire enterprise deployment of PCoIP devices from a central console.

What PCoIP devices can I manage using the Management Console?

You can manage PCoIP zero clients and PCoIP workstation host cards (Tera1 and Tera2).

How is the Management Console different from a Connection Broker?

PCoIP Management Console and a Connection Broker are complimentary tools. The PCoIP Management Console is used to manage all PCoIP device parameters, monitor device status information and upgrade firmware. A connection broker dynamically assigns users to host computers based on login credentials.

Can I use the Management Console to update PCoIP device firmware?

Yes. You can update the firmware of one or many devices, immediately or schedule for a later time and date.

Where can I download the Management Console?

The Management Console is available for download at no charge from the Teradici support site - techsupport.teradici.com

Using the PCoIP Management Console to set up zero clients, student workers can quickly set up the client devices – in fact, it takes longer to take a client out of the box than it does to set it up!"

"A student worker will set the client down and in about three minutes we have the latest firmware, settings, branding, and it's ready to go. Everything is just automatic and works beautifully.
